作品敘述水源國小自然與藝術的人文環境，在悠揚的國樂聲迴盪於田野之間，如詩如畫；藝術是生活的表現、是感官的饗宴，公共藝術讓大家藝起來動手，使用在地稻草結繩來勾勒，自然材料做舖面，構織出最動人的水源畫面。

The artwork " Overflowing Source " describes the natural and artistic environment of Shuiyuan Elementary School. Amidst the fields, the melodious tunes of traditional Chinese music create a picturesque and poetic scene. Art is depicted as a reflection of life, offering a sensory feast. Public art encourages everyone to be hands-on, using locally sourced straw ropes and natural materials to weave together the most touching scenes of Shuiyuan Elementary School.

作品期待串起學童在水源學習的點滴回憶，從踏進水源開始所許下的願望，到畢業時帶著水源滋養出的豐盈翅膀，展翅飛翔。時光膠囊串起我們在水源的故事，稚嫩美好的回味、幸福的時光將點滴深刻於心。

The artwork hopes to connect the students' small memories of learning at Shuiyuan Elementary School. It starts from the moment they step into Shuiyuan, making wishes, and extends to graduation, carrying the abundant knowledge gained at Shuiyuan to face future challenges. The time capsule weaves together our stories at Shuiyuan, leaving behind tender and beautiful memories, imprinting the moments of joy and happiness deep in our hearts.
