  《飄飄/Floating Line》是由臺灣杉木以緩和曲線形成的線條,宛如一筆延展開來,呈現在校園中。這條線從中庭座椅的高度開始,逐漸升高至桌子高度,然後延伸至二樓、三樓及屋頂,最後再回到中庭座椅的高度。它出現在豐富而複雜的校園空間中,從低年級區域延伸至另一側的中高年級區域,體現了一年級到六年級學生之間的串聯概念。透過《飄飄/Floating Line》,希望學生們能夠感受到校園是一體的存在。

    白天,《飄飄/Floating Line》誘發各種活動與學習;夜間則賦予它柔和的燈光。不僅連結了學生與老師之間的互動,也讓周邊住戶對校園內的活動產生興趣與關注。位於風城的新竹市關埔國小的《飄飄/Floating Line》如風一般自由飄浮。

Crafted from Taiwan cypress wood, the Floating Line stretches across the campus like a gentle undulating stroke. Starting at the height of courtyard seating, the Line gradually rises to table height, ascends through the second and third floors, and reaches the roof before returning to its starting point. This installation links the junior and senior grade areas, enriching the spatial experience and embodying the concept of connection, with the hope that students will perceive the campus as a cohesive whole.

    Various activities and learning opportunities are encouraged by the Line during the daytime, while at night, the softly illuminated installation lends a tranquil atmosphere to the surroundings. It not only fosters interactions between students and teachers but also draws the attention and interest of nearby neighborhoods to events happening within the campus. Situated at Guanpu Elementary School in Hsinchu, a city known for its windy conditions, the Floating Line flows like the wind, freely and floatingly.
