藝術家一直思考人與自然之間，能量流動的關係。將一個手持甜筒的造型人物，象徵關懷與祝福，設置在鄰近車站出入口處，隨著風向擺動，像是在這裡引導來往的行人，以及出入於城市內外 的交通車流。而風動的設計恰巧呼應了新竹風城的意象，在交通繁忙的後站，帶來一絲清涼甜蜜的微風。

The artist has long been contemplating the relationships between human beings, nature, and the flow of energy. A figure holding an ice cream cone is installed near the entrance of the train station, symbolizing care and blessing. It sways with breezes as if it were guiding pedestrians and the busy traffic that flows in and out of the city. The wind-driven movements coincidentally resonate with the image of Hsinchu, traditionally known as the Wind City. The work sways with cool and sweet breezes, which sweep through the busy rear area of the train station.
