Writing in Shapes: Relic, Wing, Sport Field - Huang Chung Chieh Solo Exhibition
The exhibition, "Writing in Shapes," is a creative method that uses digital modeling as a technique to construct aesthetic forms. The precise modeling capabilities of 3D software and its rapid simulation of spatial visuals reduce the time occupied by technical challenges, allowing clear visuals to quickly be revealed, conceptualizations of form to crystallize from the mind. This immediate "manifestation" stimulates a continuous state of contemplation in the entire process of conceiving form. This resembles the stream of consciousness. In a way, it pushes thoughts of the shallow subconscious to the brain’s surface, where shapes and words continuously interact and emerge - thoughts manifest as shapes; shapes are molded and aggregated by words. Therefore, the forms integrate into daily life through writing, becoming an everyday exercise in perceiving and expressing various things.
